Programmed Energy & Resources is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead the delivery of integrated maintenance and facilities services within a major manufacturing site near Tantanoola, South Australia.

About You:

• Lead safe and effective delivery of maintenance and facilities services.
• Provide on-site leadership across maintenance, facilities, and capital projects.
• Manage performance, workforce capability, and service outcomes.
• Oversee financials, ensuring cost control and alignment with commercial goals.
• Coordinate planning, execution, and resource allocation across operations.
• Maintain control during complex periods such as shutdowns or projects.
• Build strong customer relationships through clear communication.
• Drive continuous improvement in efficiency, reliability, and service delivery.
• Identify opportunities for service growth aligned with customer needs.
• Ensure workforce stability and capability for consistent delivery.
• Leverage Programmed’s wider expertise to support operations and growth.
• Support site operations during transitions and evolving requirements.

Basic Requirements:

• Proven experience in operational leadership within maintenance, industrial services or
  integrated service environments
• Experience managing complex operations involving multiple concurrent workstreams
• Strong capability in coordinating operational activities across live industrial environments
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and maintain workforce stability
• Strong stakeholder and customer engagement capability
• Sound commercial awareness and decision-making ability
